Our mission was to enhance its social media presence, showcasing its exceptional dining experience, luxurious design, and Chef Patrick O’Connell’s visionary leadership. The insight? A fresh, modern approach was needed to match the Inn’s iconic reputation and engage a broader, more diverse audience.

Our solution included a complete grid revamp with a new look and feel, engaging Reels, and compelling content to tell The Inn’s story. The results were outstanding: a 120% increase in audience net growth, 11,025 average organic views per Reel, and an Instagram following that surpassed 50,000 in just three months.
