Crosby at 300K, a luxury apartment building in Washington, D.C.’s Mount Vernon Triangle, needed a brand presence as sophisticated and inviting as its upscale residences. Developed by Quadrangle and The Wilkes Company, Crosby was designed to offer a seamless blend of modern elegance and urban vibrancy. The Brand Guild was tasked with creating a visual identity that not only reflected the high-end experience but also captured the energy of its dynamic neighborhood. The brand’s logo, a refined circular motif, subtly nods to the building’s abundant biophilia and substantial glazing—elements that create an environment of light, openness, and natural harmony. This organic yet structured design became the foundation for a visual identity that positioned Crosby as a best-in-class residential destination.

The Brand Guild brought this vision to life through an elegant visual system, including a deep navy and gold palette, Agista Display typography, and premium collateral—business cards with gloss-matte contrast, gold-accented folders, and high-impact signage that mirrored the building’s transparency. A sleek, intuitive website further amplified Crosby’s luxury appeal, ensuring a seamless digital experience for prospective residents.
