National Landing

We serve as National Landing's agency of record, earning media coverage, securing thought leadership opportunities and creating signature events that highlight the National Landing BID's role in driving economic development, intentional placemaking, building community, and supporting plans for innovative transportation and mobility. We have also assisted in leveraging and partnering with key area tenants including Amazon as a part of their HQ2 development.

The Brand Guild first collaborated with The National Landing Business Improvement District (BID) on creating and promoting Summer House, a pop-up installation, where visitors could work, play and reconnect with co-workers, friends and neighbors during the peak of COVID social distancing. For the Summer House activation alone, The Brand Guild secured over 140 million media impressions across local and regional news outlets.
