Marketing Director (NYC)

The Brand Guild is seeking a marketing professional with 10+ years of experience to join our team in our NYC Office. Why join our team? Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic roadmaps and annual plans
  • Conceptualize, develop and execute exciting results-driven integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple clients and projects from conception to completion by working closely with team members and management
  • Produce and manage timelines, project challenges and ensure deadline and budget adherence
  • Lead accounts as key client contact to foster a positive client-agency relationship
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with outside partners and assist clients with external sponsorships and partnerships
  • Extensive knowledge of current events, industry news and trends to effectively communicate big ideas and trends to clients
  • Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation
  • Ability to foster professional development and motivate direct report(s)
  • Work seamlessly with and serve as a leader across departments with an eye towards positive company culture

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S/B.A in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, agency experience strongly preferred
  • Highly resourceful, proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
  • Show strong initiative with ability to self manage and organize daily tasks and long-term planning
  • Experience managing both accounts and direct reports
